Caitlin Flaherty

Caitlin Flaherty is involved in recruiting, professional and leadership development, and employee engagement activities. Ms. Flaherty is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2024, Ms. Flaherty worked at Accenture for over seven years, most recently as a Management Consultant. Ms. Flaherty received a B.S. in Information Design and Corporate Communications from Bentley University.
