The team focuses on existing stabilized and value-add industrial opportunities, and selective developments in target markets throughout the United States. Rockpoint has made 19 industrial investments since 1998, representing more than 23 million square feet.

Ben Harris is the Head of Rockpoint Industrial. Prior to the formation of Rockpoint Industrial, Mr. Harris was the CEO of LINK Logistics Real Estate, Blackstone’s sole U.S. industrial platform, and prior to that served as the President of Gramercy Property Trust, a public industrial REIT and Head of US Investments for W. P. Carey & Co. Mr. Harris graduated from University of Kings College and Dalhousie University in Canada with dual degrees in Economics. Mr. Harris sits on the boards of Storage Vault Canada Inc. (TSX:SVI), Sonida Senior Living Inc. (NYSE:SNDA) and Outerspace, a privately-held e-commerce fulfillment platform.
