Ben Harris is the President of Rockpoint Industrial, Rockpoint’s exclusive industrial operating platform. Prior to the formation of Rockpoint Industrial, Mr. Harris was the CEO of LINK Logistics Real Estate, Blackstone’s sole U.S. industrial platform. Prior to LINK, Mr. Harris served as the President of Gramercy Property Trust, the predecessor entity of LINK which was acquired by Blackstone in 2018. Prior to joining Gramercy, Mr. Harris spent 12 years at W.P. Carey, most recently as Head of the U.S. Investment business. Mr. Harris graduated from University of Kings College and Dalhousie University with dual degrees in Economics. Mr. Harris sits on the boards of Storage Vaults Canada Inc. (SVI-TSX-V) and the Rippowam Cisqua School.

 

James Munsell is involved in Rockpoint Industrial’s investment and asset management activities. Mr. Munsell is based in Boston. Prior to joining Rockpoint Industrial in 2022, Mr. Munsell worked at CBRE Investment Management for eight years, most recently as the Regional Head of East Coast Logistics Investments. Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Mr. Munsell worked at Schochet Companies in the Acquisitions & Development Group for six years. Mr. Munsell received a B.S. in Business Management from Keene State College.
