James Ko

James Ko is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Mr. Ko is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2025, Mr. Ko worked at J.P. Morgan in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group for two years. Mr. Ko received a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Finance, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
