Tim Malloy

Tim Malloy is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Mr. Malloy is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2026, Mr. Malloy worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate and Lodging Group for two years. Mr. Malloy received a B.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
