Bill Walton

Bill Walton is a Co-Founder of Rockpoint and serves as an Investment Committee member and as an advisor to Rockpoint. He was a Managing Member and Co-CEO until 2025. Prior to co-founding Rockpoint, Mr. Walton co-founded and was a managing member of Westbrook Real Estate Partners (“Westbrook”), Rockpoint’s predecessor firm. Mr. Walton previously worked for 15 years at Morgan Stanley Realty, most recently as a Managing Director. Mr. Walton is involved with several real estate industry organizations and serves or served as a Director or Trustee on the Boards of several public companies and non-profit organizations, with a particular interest in educational and policy institutions. Mr. Walton received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
