Blair Adams is a Fund Controller and is involved in investor reporting and fund accounting activities. Ms. Adams is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2013, Ms. Adams worked at KPMG in the Audit and Assurance Group for three years. Ms. Adams received a B.B.A. in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nicholas Alexsovich serves as an Associate General Counsel for Rockpoint, focusing on the legal aspects of Rockpoint’s investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Alexsovich is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Mr. Alexsovich worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in the Real Estate Group for over seven years. Mr. Alexsovich received a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Matilde Attolico is involved in Rockpoint’s international capital raising activities. Ms. Attolico is based in Rockpoint’s Dubai office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Ms. Attolico worked at JLL as the Global Head of the Funds Advisory business for three years. Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Attolico spent 18 years working in a variety of capital raising and advisory roles at investment advisory boutiques and banks, including Hodes Weill & Associates, Mercury Capital Advisors, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs. Ms. Attolico serves as a director of Women In Real Estate’s London chapter. Ms. Attolico received a B.A. from Brown University and an M.A. from the Courtauld Institute in London.

Camille Barnard is involved in Rockpoint’s human resources activities. Ms. Barnard is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2019, Ms. Barnard worked at THL Credit Advisors in the human resources and operations department for five years. Ms. Barnard received a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

Lindsey Beard is a Senior Fund Controller and is involved in investor reporting and fund accounting activities. Ms. Beard is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2012, Ms. Beard worked at KPMG in the Audit and Assurance Group for six years. Margaret Beavans is a Senior Paralegal and is involved in Rockpoint’s legal, compliance, and risk management activities. Ms. Beavans is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2014, Ms. Beavans worked at Invesco Real Estate as a Due Diligence Manger in the Legal Group for six years. Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate, Ms. Beavans worked at The Milestone Group in the Legal Group for three years. Ms. Beavans received a B.S. in Education from Tennessee Temple University and a Paralegal Certification from University of Texas at Arlington.

Alik Belokopytov is involved in Rockpoint’s western United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Belokopytov is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2016, Mr. Belokopytov worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years. Mr. Belokopytov received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Doug Berman is involved in Rockpoint’s financial reporting and tax compliance activities.  Mr. Berman is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2019, Mr. Berman worked at Fidelity Investments in the Corporate Tax Group for three years.  Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Mr. Berman worked at PwC in the Asset Management – Real Estate Group for four years.  Mr. Berman received a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accountancy from Bryant University.  Mr. Berman is a Certified Public Accountant.

Fred Borges is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities. Mr. Borges is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2011, Mr. Borges worked at Barclays Capital in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for one year and previously at Cabot Properties for two years. Mr. Borges received a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.

Matt Borja is involved in Rockpoint’s western United States investment and asset management activities. Mr. Borja is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2018, Mr. Borja worked at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investing Group for two years. Mr. Borja received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Steve Caruso is involved in Rockpoint’s financial reporting and tax compliance activities.  Mr. Caruso is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2015, Mr. Caruso worked at PwC as a Tax Manager in the Asset Management - Real Estate Group for six years.  Mr. Caruso received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University and an M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.  Mr. Caruso is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bar Castro Hon is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities. Mr. Castro Hon is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office and joined Rockpoint in 2023. Mr. Castro Hon received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Operations from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Chadwick is involved in Rockpoint’s information technology operations, planning and development. Mr. Chadwick is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2020, Mr. Chadwick worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory as a VDI Systems Engineer for over a year. Prior to joining MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Mr. Chadwick worked at University of Massachusetts Lowell as an IT Systems Engineer for over two years. Mr. Chadwick received a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Steve Chen is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Chen is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Mr. Chen rejoined Rockpoint in 2021 after spending approximately six months working at Liberty Mutual.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2011, Mr. Chen worked at Tishman Speyer in the Acquisitions and Asset Management Groups for three years.  Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Chen worked at Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for one year.  Mr. Chen received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Columbia University.

Jason Chiverton is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern and western United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Chiverton is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2007, Mr. Chiverton worked at Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years.  Mr. Chiverton received a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Betsy Clark is a Treasury Manager and is involved in finance and treasury management activities. Ms. Clark is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Ms. Clark worked at Integer Holdings Corporation in the treasury department for one year. Prior to joining Integer Holdings Corporation, Ms. Clark worked at Alliance Data Systems in the treasury department for over seven years. Ms. Clark received a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional.

David Conte is involved in Rockpoint’s fund model, financial analysis, and hedging activities.  Mr. Conte is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2019, Mr. Conte worked at Liberty Mutual Investments in the Financial Advisory Services team for one year.  Prior to joining Liberty Mutual Investments, Mr. Conte worked at State Street Corporation in the Corporate Valuations and Mergers & Acquisitions team for three years.  Mr. Conte received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A from Boston University.

Will D’Orsi is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Mr. D’Orsi is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2022, Mr. D’Orsi worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years. Mr. D’Orsi received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.

Dan Domb serves as Managing Member of Rockpoint, overseeing Rockpoint’s investment and asset management activities in the Greater New York and Florida markets. Mr. Domb is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2006, Mr. Domb worked at UBS in the Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group for two years. Mr. Domb received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

George Donaldson is involved in Rockpoint’s western United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Donaldson is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2020, Mr. Donaldson worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years.  Mr. Donaldson received a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.

Kaitlyn Dorka is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities. Ms. Dorka is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2020, Ms. Dorka worked at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking group for two years. Ms. Dorka received a B.B.A in Finance and Real Estate from Emory University.

Jennifer Dumas Hall is involved in Rockpoint’s Americas capital raising activities. Ms. Dumas Hall is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2023, Ms. Dumas Hall worked at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC as the Head of Investor Relations and Capital Raising for 18 years. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Ms. Dumas Hall worked at Banc of America Securities for eight years, most recently as a Vice President in Real Estate Corporate and Investment Banking. Ms. Dumas Hall received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and an M.B.A. from Boston College.

Carole Earnshaw is a Controller and is involved in Rockpoint’s accounts payable activities. Ms. Earnshaw is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2004, Ms. Earnshaw worked at ECOM Real Estate Management in the Accounting Group for three years. Prior to ECOM Real Estate Management, Ms. Earnshaw worked at American Industrial Properties REIT in the Accounting Group for four years. Ms. Earnshaw received a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Brendan Fullum is involved in Rockpoint’s fund model, financial analysis, and hedging activities.  Mr. Fullum is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2016, Mr. Fullum worked at State Street Corporation in the Corporate Valuation and Analytics Group.  Prior to joining State Street, Mr. Fullum worked at Moody’s Analytics in the ABS/MBS Modeling Group for two years.  Mr. Fullum received a B.S in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and an M.B.A from Boston College.

Keith Gelb serves as Managing Member and Co-CEO of Rockpoint and is responsible for the overall operations and management of Rockpoint, as well as overseeing the origination, structuring and asset management of all of Rockpoint’s investment activities. Mr. Gelb is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to co-founding Rockpoint, Mr. Gelb was a managing member of Westbrook Real Estate Partners, L.L.C. (“WREP”), the predecessor firm of Rockpoint. Prior to joining WREP in 1994, Mr. Gelb worked at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Group for two years, where he focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Gelb is actively involved with several educational institutions and other non-profit organizations. Mr. Gelb received a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Tom Gilbane serves as Managing Member and Co-President of Rockpoint, overseeing Rockpoint’s investment and asset management activities in the eastern United States. Mr. Gilbane is also involved in all aspects of Rockpoint’s investment, operational, and fundraising activities. Mr. Gilbane is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to Rockpoint, Mr. Gilbane was involved in WREP’s eastern United States and European investment and asset management activities. Prior to joining WREP in 1999, Mr. Gilbane worked at Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years. Mr. Gilbane received a B.S. in Engineering from Brown University.

Joseph Goldman serves as a Deputy General Counsel for Rockpoint, focusing on the legal aspects of Rockpoint’s United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Goldman is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2014, Mr. Goldman worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in the Real Estate Group for over four years.  Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Goldman worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the Real Estate Group for three years.  Mr. Goldman received a B.B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from Emory University.

Parker Hall is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Mr. Hall is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Mr. Hall worked at Starwood Capital Group in the Capital Markets Group for over a year. Mr. Hall received a B.A. in Engineering and Economics from Dartmouth College.

Kari Heavenrich is involved in Rockpoint’s western United States investment and asset management activities.  Ms. Heavenrich is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office.  Ms. Heavenrich rejoined Rockpoint in 2020 after spending approximately one year working at Wilson Meany in the Real Estate Development group.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2018, Ms. Heavenrich worked at Barclays Capital in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years.  Ms. Heavenrich received a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Ron Hoyl serves as Rockpoint’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing all legal, risk management, and compliance matters. Mr. Hoyl is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2007, Mr. Hoyl worked at The Milestone Group as General Counsel for two years. Prior to joining The Milestone Group, Mr. Hoyl worked at Olympus Real Estate Partners as an Associate General Counsel for seven years. Prior to joining Olympus Real Estate Partners, Mr. Hoyl worked at Liddell, Sapp and Zivley, now known as Locke Lord LLP, for 10 years, most recently as a Partner in the Real Estate Group. Mr. Hoyl received a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Mike Jaklitsch is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Jaklitsch is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2022, Mr. Jaklitsch worked at Stellar Management in the Acquisitions and Asset Management Group for two years. Prior to joining Stellar Management, Mr. Jaklitsch worked at UBS in the Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group for over two years. Mr. Jaklitsch received a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Monica Knake serves as an Associate General Counsel for Rockpoint, focusing on legal and compliance matters. Ms. Knake is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2017, Ms. Knake worked at Hudson Advisors, the asset management division of Lone Star Funds, for six years. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors, Ms. Knake worked at Hunton & Williams in the Corporate and Securities Group for four years. Ms. Knake received a B.A. from Texas Christian University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University.

Kerry Krause is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Ms. Krause is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2020, Ms. Krause worked at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking group for two years and in the Fixed Income Sales and Trading group for two years. Ms. Krause received a B.A. in Economics and a certificate in East Asian Studies from Princeton University.

Ms. Kummer is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2022, Ms. Kummer worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in the Real Estate Group for over four years. Ms. Kummer received two B.S. degrees from the Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School.

Yong Suk Lee is involved in Rockpoint's Asia Pacific investor relations activities. Mr. Lee is based in Rockpoint’s Korean office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2024, Mr. Lee worked at Kyobo Securities as a Private Real Estate Fund Placement Agent in the Alternative Investments Solution Department for over two years. Prior to Kyobo Securities, Mr. Lee spent ten years in various investment roles at KB Financial Group, most recently as an Investment Manager in the Global Real Estate Division at affiliate firm KB Asset Management. Mr. Lee received a B.S. in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance from Boston University and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Robert Li is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Li is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2022, Mr. Li worked at Brookfield Asset Management in the U.S. Real Estate Investments Group for five years. Prior to joining Brookfield Asset Management, Mr. Li worked at Tishman Speyer in both the Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets Groups. Mr. Li received a B.S. in Econometrics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an M.S. in Real Estate Development with a concentration in Finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Donna Linsalata serves as Rockpoint’s Head of Talent, overseeing all recruiting, professional and leadership development, employee engagement, and human resources activities. Ms. Linsalata is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Ms. Linsalata rejoined Rockpoint in 2022 after spending approximately 10 months working at CrossHarbor Capital Partners as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Ms. Linsalata spent approximately 10 months as a human resources consultant. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2016, Ms. Linsalata worked at Denham Capital Management for seven years, most recently as the Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Denham Capital, Ms. Linsalata worked at Beacon Hill Staffing Group for two years, where she focused on recruiting and business development. Ms. Linsalata received a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University.

Bobby Marz serves as Rockpoint’s Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing all financial reporting activities. Mr. Marz is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2006, Mr. Marz worked at Goldman Sachs as a Controller in the Private Equity Group for two years. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Marz worked at Terrabrook as an Assistant Controller for three years and previously at Rosewood Management Corporation as an Accounting Supervisor for two years. Prior to joining Rosewood Management Corporation, Mr. Marz worked in public accounting for four years, most recently at EY. Mr. Marz received a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Aaron Matthews serves as Rockpoint’s Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, focusing on legal, compliance and risk management activities. Mr. Matthews is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2018, Mr. Matthews worked at Blue River Partners in the legal and compliance department for five years. Prior to joining Blue River Partners, Mr. Matthews worked at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in the retail banking department for two years. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, Mr. Matthews served as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Corps for four years. Mr. Matthews received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Olivia McSweeney is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities. Ms. McSweeney is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2022, Ms. McSweeney worked at Citizens Bank for three years, most recently as a Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst. Ms. McSweeney received a B.S. in Real Estate from New York University.

Hank Midgley serves as Managing Member and Head of Investor Relations of Rockpoint, overseeing Rockpoint's capital raising, new business development, and investor relations activities. Mr. Midgley is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2010, Mr. Midgley worked at Beacon Capital Partners as a Managing Director in the Global Capital Raising and Investor Relations Group for three years. Prior to joining Beacon Capital, Mr. Midgley worked at Tishman Speyer as a Senior Director in the Equity Capital Markets and Asset Management Groups for three years. Mr. Midgley received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Abhi Opesh is involved in Rockpoint’s western investment and asset management activities. Ms. Opesh is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2024, Ms. Opesh worked at Wells Fargo Securities in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure Group for three years. Ms. Opesh received a B.A. in Actuarial Financial Statistics and Economics from the University of Virginia.

Prior to joining CIM Group, Mr. Palazzolo worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years.  Mr. Palazzolo received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.

Tyler Patterson is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Mr. Patterson is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2022, Mr. Patterson worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years. Mr. Patterson received a B.S. in Economics and Global & Regional Studies from Babson College.

Caroline Posner serves as an Associate General Counsel for Rockpoint, focusing on the legal aspects of Rockpoint’s investment and asset management activities. Ms. Posner is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Ms. Posner worked at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC in the Real Estate Group for over three years. Prior to joining Mintz, Ms. Posner worked at Sidley Austin LLP in the Real Estate Group for over four years. Ms. Posner received a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Spencer Raymond serves as Rockpoint’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the finance, accounting, tax, and technology functions. Mr. Raymond is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2014, Mr. Raymond was the Chief Financial Officer at Pleasant Lake Partners for two years. Prior to joining Pleasant Lake Partners, Mr. Raymond worked at Garrison Investment Group for five years, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, Mr. Raymond worked at EY in the Assurance and Advisory Group for three years. Mr. Raymond received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Syracuse University.

Patrick Ryan is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Ryan is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2013, Mr. Ryan worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years.  Mr. Ryan received a B.S. in Management from Boston College.

Karleen Sailor is a Senior Corporate Controller and is involved in reporting and accounting activities related to the general partner. Ms. Sailor is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to Rockpoint, Ms. Sailor was involved in reporting and accounting activities at WREP and Terrabrook. Prior to joining WREP in 1997, Ms. Sailor worked at Kenneth Leventhal & Company as an Accounting Manager for seven years. Ms. Sailor received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant.

C.B. Scherer is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities. Mr. Scherer is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2014, Mr. Scherer worked at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investing Group for two years. Mr. Scherer received a B.S. in Systems Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Aric Shalev serves as Managing Member and Co-President of Rockpoint, overseeing Rockpoint’s investment and asset management activities in the western United States. Mr. Shalev is also involved in all aspects of Rockpoint’s investment, operational, and fundraising activities. Mr. Shalev is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to Rockpoint, Mr. Shalev was involved in WREP’s western United States investment and asset management activities. Prior to joining WREP in 1997, Mr. Shalev worked at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring Group for two years. Mr. Shalev received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Nick Simione is involved in Rockpoint’s fund model, financial analysis, and portfolio management activities.  Mr. Simione is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2017, Mr. Simione worked at PwC in the Financial Markets and Real Estate Group for three years.  Mr. Simione received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.

Evan Steinman is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Mr. Steinman is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Mr. Steinman worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years. Mr. Steinman received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.

Luc Stervinou is involved in Rockpoint’s western investment and asset management activities. Mr. Stervinou is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2023, Mr. Stervinou worked at IDS Real Estate Group in the Investment Management Group for four years. Mr. Stervinou received a B.A. in Philosophy from the Claremont McKenna College.

Marshall Stovall is involved in Rockpoint’s western investment and asset management activities. Mr. Stovall is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2023, Mr. Stovall worked at Bank of America Securities in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group for over two years. Mr. Stovall received a B.S. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Nick Taylor is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Mr. Taylor is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2024, Mr. Taylor worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years. Mr. Taylor received a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston College.

Matt Tornek is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Mr. Tornek is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2023, Mr. Tornek worked at UBS as an Investment Banking Analyst for two years. Mr. Tornek received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bennett Varney is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities.  Mr. Varney is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office.  Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2016, Mr. Varney worked at Deutsche Bank in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure Group for two years.  Mr. Varney received a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in English from Duke University.

Bill Walton serves as Managing Member and Co-CEO of Rockpoint and is responsible for the overall operations and management of Rockpoint, as well as overseeing the origination, structuring and asset management of all of Rockpoint’s investment activities. Mr. Walton maintains offices in Boston and Jacksonville. Prior to co-founding Rockpoint, Mr. Walton co-founded and was a managing member of Westbrook Real Estate Partners, L.L.C. (“WREP”). Prior to co-founding WREP in 1994, Mr. Walton worked for 15 years at Morgan Stanley Realty, most recently as a Managing Director. Mr. Walton is involved with several real estate industry organizations and serves or served as a Director or Trustee on the Boards of several public companies, as well as non-profit organizations, with a particular interest in educational and policy institutions. Mr. Walton received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Aaron Weller is involved in Rockpoint’s western investment and asset management activities. Mr. Weller is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2022, Mr. Weller worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group for two years, where he focused on Real Estate, Lodging, and Leisure. Mr. Weller received a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Brodie Whitla is involved in Rockpoint’s western investment and asset management activities. Mr. Whitla is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2022, Mr. Whitla worked at RBC Capital Markets in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for one year. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Whitla worked at Dream Unlimited for two years, most recently in the Strategic Finance Group. Mr. Whitla received a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at the Queen’s University.

Alan Xie is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern United States investment and asset management activities. Mr. Xie is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office and joined Rockpoint in 2023. Mr. Xie received a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Finance from Cornell University.

Jeffrey Zaskoda is a Fund Controller and is involved in investor reporting and fund accounting activities. Mr. Zaskoda is based in Rockpoint’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2011, Mr. Zaskoda worked at Deloitte & Touche in the Hedge Funds Group for two years. Mr. Zasko­­da received a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Texas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Anna Zhang is involved in Rockpoint’s eastern investment and asset management activities. Ms. Zhang is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2024, Ms. Zhang worked at Bank of America Securities in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group for two years. Ms. Zhang received a B.S. in Finance and Management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
